Serenity Trauma Healing Center offers a wide range of therapy treatments our services focus on helping clients cope with the effects of trauma. Our services focus on helping clients cope with the effects of trauma, such as PTSD. We can provide individual therapy on many levels and even offer an optional group therapy program. Types of Treatments

Some of our programs use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help patients develop useful coping skills. These include dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), which includes techniques to help manage difficult emotions and alter negative thinking patterns. We also offer different types of psychotherapy such as brainspotting, somatic experiencing, and sensorimotor psychotherapy. Therapy counseling methods such as mindfulness, art therapy, and emotional freedom technique (an alternative to acupuncture) are provided as well.

We also offer techniques that focus on the connection between physical and psychological well-being. Massage therapy can help relieve stress following traumatic events and has many physical and emotional benefits. Restorative yoga, Nia (a sensory-based movement practice), and personal training therapy that focuses on fitness are also available, as is a transformative psychosomatic bodywork program to improve emotional awareness.
